Riia’s Raw Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
8 Dates
1/4 Peanut Butter (find one with very few ingredients or make your own!)
1/8 cup Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Organic Agave Nectar (or Maple Syrup)
1 tsp Vanilla ExtractHow to:
In a food processor, blend walnuts, oats and dates. Once they reach a floury texture, add in peanut butter, cacao powder, agave, and vanilla. Blend until dough forms. Roll into little balls. Refridgerate. Enjoy! :)
